 See Items 5-9 and 11 of the cover page. The percentage ownership report
 in Item 11 is based on the issuer having 23,465,665 shares outstanding
 as of November 1, 2019. Of the shares reported in Items 5 and 7 on the
 cover page 765,912 shares are held by the reporting person, 150,000 shares
 are held for the benefit of the IKL Trust, 101,316 shares are held for
 the benefit of the AWL Family LLC, 92,800 shares are held for the benefit
 of the Lytton-Kambara Foundation, 90,000 shares are held for the benefit of
 the KLL Trust and  1,800 shares are held for the benefit of other accounts
 of which the reporting person is deemed to have beneficial ownership.
